The Icon Factory is pleased to host Fergal Coghlan's first solo show, "Six Riffs and a Tab", running from Friday, 28th of September to Thursday, 25th of October.

Dublin-born artist Fergal Coghlan has been painting, drawing and sketching since his early childhood. Hespecialises in portraits using mostly acrylic and spray paint on canvas, wood and vinyl. Fergal’s lifelong interest in music is perfectly illustrated in his artwork by a whole series of musicians who inspire him, often painted directly onto old LP records.

Fergal has grown as an artist in the last two years, developing more as a painter by incorporating his earlier graffiti styles into the finer art that he produces today.
